Claire-Estelle BertrandIn 2000 I began my career working as a Visual Content Editor on multi BAFTA and NTA awarded series such as MacIntrye investigates, X-Factor, Formula 1. I am proud to mention that I was an important part of the Post Production team and managed a team of 6 Content Editors for London Olympics 2012, with my teams attention to detail and professionalism we were able to meet all of the air time schedules without a hitch. In 2009 I started to migrate the skills I had acquired in Film and TV to Events and Marketing.

Up until December 2019 I was working with Wimbledon Debenture Holders, (a safe market place for Debenture Holders to sell their Wimbledon Debenture tickets, set up in 2006). I was a responsible for the doubling of global interest in the company, enabling WDH to increase their Debenture Holder Listings by 65%. I created all the press release content and successfully secured more than 70 articles in many of the main stream media and news publications. I was responsible for creating content that saw a continual 12% rise in Social Media followings and interactions across all the platforms. I designed and created the content for the companies email newsletters and email blast, from these emails we tracked a very healthy 84% open rate and 52% CTR with 18% purchasing tickets.

I was responsible for growing relationships with exclusive hotel chains and lifestyle agencies that offer hospitality packages which include Debenture tickets. I helped secure corporate clients that use WDH’s services to enable them to entertain their clients at Wimbledon. I was accountable for updating the website and the blogs pages, and continually checking the SEO to ensure we reached the widest audience. I created all the content for the digital and prints brochures for 2018 and 2019. I developed great links with 2 Adword agencies that look after the PPC and some paid Social Media. I am motivated by my work for WDH and all the achievements we made together.

A recent client Lockonego London Celebrity Styling Salon where I secured a 6.2% increase in net profit over an 18 month window without reducing staff or increasing prices. I achieved this by motivating the team and securing media coverage in, Stella, Harpers Bizarre, Elle, Grazia, Good house keeping, Evening Standard, Creative Head and more. I also develop and maintain relationships with well established brands and I was an encouraging force of ambassadorial roles for my clients with brands such as P&G Nice ’n’ Easy and Redken L’Oreal.

The Black Whole Limited a past client of mine, which consists of The Black Boy Pub, The Black Rat Restaurant (Michelin Star), The Black Bottle Wine Bar and The Black Hole B&B. Where I was able to increased their net profits by 22% and secured articles in The Guardian, GQ Conde Nast, Stylist, The Times, The Telegraph, Hampshire Life, Michelin Guide Magazine, and Guest Guide. Landed Prime Television coverage on BBC 2 and Channel 4 as well as introducing my clients to Influencers and Bloggers that have 40K to 100K following.
